Please follow this path,

iPhone > Settings > scroll down > Apps > tap I on right edge > Instagram > Photos > Full Access or Limited access

Please restart your iPhone.

I want to get my Instagram account back open….. but I can’t find where to access the microphone and the camera to turn it on…

For any of you having and issue, try this:

Settings

Screen Time

Content & Privacy Restrictions

Photos (make sure any app you want to be able to access photos is showing full access)

Also check:

Settings

Privacy & Security

Camera and Microphone

Make sure for both you have the apps you want turned on

Log out of your instagram account (if you have more than one, log out of all of them), delete the app, restart your phone, redownload the Instagram app again and login it should work… 🤞
