mac os 13.4 STILL not forwarding email in Email rules

I am up to date with 13.4 on an iMac M1 24" and Mail Rules, mail forwarding hasn't worked for several updates. What gives? This doesn't seem like the most complex problem to fix. Is there something I can do?

preserve subject when forwarding email I'm not sure if this is a change or if I have just noticed it, but when I forward mail in the Mail program it loses the existing email subject, sending email with blank subject. Is there a way to have the incoming email subject preserved and included in the forwarded email? I looked in rules but not obvious how to do if at all possible. macOS 12.6.6, Mail Version 16.0, MBP Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015. TIA.

Cox mail just migrated to Yahoo! Mail - Apple mail now not working Cox Mail just migrated to Yahoo! Mail. I cannot set up Apple Mail to receive those emails now. It seems like the servers are not talking to each other. Yahoo! Mail works fine I just cannot get those emails into Apple Mail. It looks like they are not being forwarded. Does anyone have any ideas about what I might be missing? Or how to make forwarding happen? Thanks, Bill D Mac Mini using OS 14.4.1

mail doesn't dowload emails MacBook Pro mid 2012 Catalina 10.15.7. I have a number of Email a/c's - 2 of which are thru' the same Service Provider . The one will download emails while the other will not . The one that doesn't receive emails can however send emails. I have checked all settings & they are correct in fact Connection Docter reports Connected to Server & password correct. The Provider's server is forwarding emails because I have set up a Gmail a/c and in the settings of the problem Email a/c on the SP's Server I have forwarded all emails of problem a/c to the gmail mailbox in Apple mail. I also notice that at the bottom of the side window in Mail there is always a message e.g. Downloading 68 of 11,345 . On pressing Get Mail it will change briefly to an actual download of say 5 new messages & then go back to other message ! I noticed this way before the above problem receiving emails started but as it didn't appear to be affecting anything I ignored it. Any assistance would be appreciated.
