Some privacy concerns about the mainland China version of the iPhone

1. China's iCloud is operated by "Guizhou on the Cloud". Does this mean that the iCloud data of Chinese users can be arbitrarily read by government departments and business personnel?

2. Can messaging apps such as imessage in mainland China still enjoy end-to-end encryption? Can it be read by the government?
