You can try:

Restarting your phone.

Delete and reinstall the mail account.

Contact Microsoft support.

Microsoft outlook is the same on my devices, iPad and iPhone after updates, tried deleting and reinstalling, with no luck, frankly just sick of the poor software performances from both apple and Microsoft these days, its like a competition to see who can put out the worst software… ! Little seems to get addressed by either party. ! Leaving the end user to have to find workarounds and spend hours trying to sort the poor programming and severe lack of field testing before release. Surely it’s got to get better. !

I’ve just went to using another provider just now as outlook essentially dead on my devices, despite working for over 2 years on them 😂
