Hey @sabiu32,

I'm sorry to hear that you've lost your SIM cards and

can't access your iCloud. I recommend using Apple's account recovery

process. It's designed to get you back into your Apple ID account when

you don't have enough information to reset your password. This process

might take a few days for security reasons, but it's crucial to keep

your account and information safe.

You'll receive a confirmation email

within 72 hours after you request account recovery and instructions on

how to regain access to your account once the wait period is over. In

some cases, you can speed up the process or reset your password

immediately by verifying a six-digit code sent to your primary email

address or by providing credit-card details to confirm your identity.

You can also check the status of your recovery request at any time by

visiting iforgot.apple.com and entering your Apple ID. If you remember

your information and can sign in successfully, your wait period cancels

automatically, and you can use your Apple ID immediately.

If you have lost your SIM card, contact your service provider (carrier) about getting a replacement. That has nothing to do with Apple, only your telephone company.

- If you forget your Apple ID password and do not know your recovery key, you can try to regain access using your trusted device protected by a passcode.

- When you generate a recovery key, you can't use account recovery ( How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support ).

- "Using a recovery key is more secure, but it means that you’re responsible for maintaining access to your trusted devices and your recovery key. If you lose both of these items, you could be locked out of your account permanently."
