Select Add Account.

From the options, choose Other. Select Add Mail Account. Put your name in the Name field (this is what people will see when they receive your email). Enter your BT Business username in the Email field (firstname.lastname@btconnect.com or you@yourcompany.com if you've registered a custom domain).

How to set up BT Business Email Lite on iPhone and iPad

Thank you. I wish it was that simple.

Where do I find the incoming and outgoing mail server details?

BT have changed from POP and have said the only way to access emails is through web browser or Outlook Web APP.

I'm trying to establish if Apple have found a way to resolve this issue so I can continue to access the email from Apples Mail exchange.

We've had the same problem with my wifes BTConnect account-still can't access emails on her ipone/ipad without logging into the web server. We weren't aware BT were changing their servers-a bit of notice might have been helpful..?

BT help is useless.

She's finally canned the whole thing and gone over to Google but it has caused some short term pain.

Interested to hear if anyone has successfully managed to solve Ipad/Iphone mail settings.
