Why Apple Watch gives blur photos in WhatsApp?

I just found a solution. Go to Settings>Photos>Mobile Data. Make unlimited updates on Mobile Data as Yes. I can now see the WhatsApp photos clearly. I am using Apple Watch Ultra 2

How did you get this to work. I’ve got the ultra 2 but pictures or just blurry on WhatsApp. Normal messages are ok. Help

Which settings? iPhone? Watch? Whatsapp? I don’t find it.
