Apple ID password

I get a notification saying I need to update my payment information. I navigate to the notification where my phone asks me for my Apple ID password, which I don’t know anymore since I use Face ID.

I click forgot password and it asks me for the unlock code for my phone which I use to unlock my phone every day and had just used to unlock my phone when I got the notification but when I type it in it’s telling me that it’s the wrong passcode.

what do I do?
