It's aggravating to have my watch keep notifying me the number of minutes to get home each time I get into my car I'm out running a bunch of errands.
On my phone I have location services on for Maps only when using Maps. In Maps location is set to While Using and Notification are Off.

On your iPhone open Settings > Siri & Search
Tap Announce Notifications
Find Maps and make sure it is not turned on
Then, open the Watch App on your iPhone
Tap Siri > Siri Suggestions > Maps > Check Mirror My iPhone

Now I’m trying with the Watch App on my iPhone
Tap Siri > Siri Suggestions > Maps > Custom… with “Show Siri suggestions in app” turned off for maps.
