Is 'Duet' the app that may be able to gain elevated privileges?

Duet appeared at the same time as my most recent itunes update on Windows 11 and this security update mentions an app that may be able to gain privileges. Is this the app? If so, the lack of transparency on this has distressed a number of users.

I am trying to install Fuse3 as an Apple app. Once it downloaded and installed a trust warning said that it would not allow this. I need it for my work… how can I get it to allow me to override this? iOS 12.5.5: What is the Admin tab in the Music app for? My old iPhone 5s is now a dedicated alarm clock and "internet appliance" at home. I recently updated it to iOS 12.5.5 (end of the line for that model) and I notice that in the Music app, at the top of the Library page there is an item called Admin with a right-facing arrow in the right margin—like with all the other items: Playlists, Artists, etc. But unlike all the other items, when I tap it shows as selected but nothing happens. This Admin item does not appear in the Music app on my current iPhone, which runs iOS 15.6.1 Just wondering what the purpose of this item is/was. Thanks, DM
