bro i really not getting your point abt cellular provider...my cellular provider is Jazz and they offer free hotspot along with their package . can you pl guide me more?

Dude… CALL THEM!
Make sure they have provisioned that feature on your account. Just because they promised it does not mean they set it up correctly.
Contact your cellular carrier. That feature needs to be provisioned on your account by your carrier before it will appear on the phone.
is there any myth that USA Model iphone does not supports hotspot,,,,,
US model phones do support that feature, but it must be provisioned on your account by your cellular provider.
We don't know if there might be a myth, but even if there is......it is not true.
