Hey I really need some help my daughter can’t sign into her iCloud account some how she accidentally signed out and when she tried signing back in says it’s unable to find the user account do we go into the Apple Store or is there someone I can call and get help with her phone so she doesn’t lose all her pictures and contacts

Are you you sure she is using the correct email address? Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used. If you are currently using a mobile device that is logged into your account, go to Settings and tap your name at the top.
