Deleted my daughters iCloud account. Now cannot access her iPad.

I recently had my 10 year old daughter's iCloud account deactivated but we hadn't signed out of her account on her iPad. Now we aren't able to factory reset her iPad because it doesn't recognize her account when we put in the password. How can we fix this issue?

“Deactivated” how exactly?

What did you do?

If you requested the complete deletion of the Apple ID to Apple as shown in the support document linked below, then as also explained there, the iPad is now completely inaccessible, and there is no way to fix it.

if you just had it temporarily deactivated, then you will need to have it re-activated to be able to sign out.

If you did something else, then please explain what that was.
