Your Purchase Could Not be completed

I have updated my phone to iOS 16.5, and since then, I have been unable to make purchases with my Apple Account. I set up my Apple Cash thinking this may be the issue, I added and removed a credit card as well. I have a balance in my Apple Account from gift cards, so the issue isn't insufficient funds. Talking to others who play the same game (Puzzles and Survival), many other Apple users are experiencing the same issue.

I think that the message is self explanatory. You need to contact iTunes support in order to resolve the issue. Try here.

This is the path that I would take. Click on Subscriptions & Purchases and then click on Unable to Purchase.
