I’ve tried using CMD + R and CMD + OPT + R and nothing comes up. The MacOS partition itself has disappeared from the mac itself. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

If you used Find My you wiped you entire drive.
If invoking Command + R isn't working you have to try a different method: Create a bootable installer for macOS - Apple Support
