Configurator restrictions profile reacting to ipad OS 16.5?

UPDATE - FOUND ISSUE

the issue was in the section of the restrictions profile called "Content Filter"

I had this restriction set to 'Filter Type - Built-in: Limit Adult Content'

Removing this filter stopped it blocking ALL websites on all Browsers.

Have confirmed this was the culprit (I had previously been going through all the other restrictions toggling them off and re-trying the profile). this would mean running the browsers without the adult website blocking though.

BUT........ if you remove this from the profile, save it, and then re-apply the filter, save it, replace the profile on the device.......... it now appears to work as it should with the profile re-installed.

Perhaps there is some subtle change in the built-in Limit Adult websites code on OS16.5 that doesnt work with the previous setting, causing it to define ALL sites as adult content? Either way, removing this filter and then re-applying it seems to work for now.

I use this profile on several ipads in a learning environment, and I like configurator for updates, add / removing apps and keeping all the restrictions the same. I just can't see anything in the ipad or profile settings that could be suddenly reacting to 16.5 the way it is.

Any of the ipads that have updated to 16.5 are doing the same. In fact, yesterday I specifically teseted one before and straight after updating just to confirm it was the update and no other changes that is causing it.
