iCloud mail not forwarding

Messages are not forwarded from iCloud Mail to my gmail account once they have been removed from the 'Junk' folder. The same for messages that are received directly in the inbox.

I have disabled enabled forwarding.

Today I stopped receiving emails forwarded from Hide My Email in iCloud+. Since this morning, I have stopped receiving emails forwarded from Hide My Email to my primary email address. The emails are not being delivered at all. I even tried changing the destination (forwarding) email address, but that didn’t help. iCloud Mail Forwarding - some emails aren't forwarded A week ago today, I enabled Mail Forwarding on iCloud.com. Everything I receive is forwarded to my Gmail account. For 99% of messages the forwarding is successful. However, some are never forwarded for some reason. Example: today I received two emails from notify@payments.interac.ca. Neither one was forwarded. They are not in the Spam or Junk folder on my Gmail account. Any support would be appreciated.

Automatically forwarded emails deleted from both accounts Hi, For some time I have had an IMAP email which is installed on my iPhone and my desktop, and it is set to automatically forward all messages to my iCloud email (I do this so that I will get push notifications on my phone - the IMAP account will only give notifications when I open the mail app, which is a separate problem of its own). My current and new problem though is that when I delete the forwarded email from my iCloud inbox, it also deletes from the IMAP account inbox. I have had this setup for years and never had this problem before. How can I prevent this sync from occurring where deleting emails from my iCloud inbox also deletes the email from my IMAP account?

try these steps:

Check forwarding settings in iCloud Mail preferences on icloud.com.

Review Junk folder settings and make sure no rules or filters are interfering with forwarding.

Verify Gmail account settings and ensure forwarding is enabled.

Test forwarding with emails from other sources to determine if it's an iCloud Mail-specific issue.

If the problem persists, contact Apple Support for further assistance.
