In MacOs Is it possible to move (move not copy) an album to a folder by dragging it as it’s possible in Photo app? It would be easier than do it on iPhone and then synchronize it.

I try to explain better.
It works in Photos app in MacOS, but I'd like to do it in iCloud Photo via web in Safari (or on iPhone Photos) and there it doesn't.
As a workaround I can only create a new album in the new or existing folder and then delete the old album.
