Final Cut Pro Micro Freezes after 30 min of using

I have this problem that Final Cut Pro micro freezes when i make cuts, ripple delete or start playback. Its just maybe half a second of lag. I have this video to demo it.

If i restart the computer or login or out it fixes and becomes SUPER SMOOTH and really quick. For about 30-60 minutes.

I know it might not seem like much but when you make hundreds och cuts and actions it really distrupts the editing flow.

This happens on both my macbook pro 16" i9 1tb 16gb ram 2019 and Macbook pro 14" M1 500gb 16gb ram.

Its not thermal throttling as i've monitored the temps on both computers.

Can it be insufficient RAM?

Final Cut Pro version 10.6.5.
