Enrollment Company account

Hello everyone,

I have issue with enrollment Company account,

Currently i am on the stage - Verification my Company`s documents

I sent documents 5 days ago but till now i didn`t get any response

Additional i wrote several requests to support and also didn`t get any response.

Currently i don`t know my document approved or declined and how long time do i have to wait for a response.

Maybe someone can give me some advice about this situation, I would be very grateful
