Custom Email Domain Problem

After I upgraded my iCloud+ account from 200GB to 2TB, managing the email addresses in Custom Email Domain doesn't work anymore.


In iPhone's iCloud section, I can only view the existing email addresses. I cannot add new or remove the existing email addresses.


On the iCloud web, I can only delete but cannot add new email address.


Anyone had this issue before? Who should I reach out to resolve this issue?
