DUAL SIM

i have used only one esim. but it shows both primary and secondary esim is used. when i insert another physical sim , it shows no signal and activation

If it's showing that you have two eSIM active in your iPhone, then you'll need to disable one of them to use a a different second SIM. You'd also need to have an unlocked iPhone to use with a SIM from a different carrier. You mentioned that there are two active eSIM in your iPhone, but have you already deactivated the one you no longer wish to use? While you can set up multiple eSIM, you can only have two active ones.
