Hi community,
As soon as my device (iPhone 12 mini) charges till 80%, I get a pop up of Charging On Hold. Even though my phone is at very normal temperature, I get this message these days.
Please tell any possible fix for this. Thanks

Yes, my phone has original battery, bought new in last Feb 2022 (~1y4m).
It's showing Maximum Capacity 84%.
I have added full screenshot, please check it shows 80% battery and charging but with warning below.
It says in the article that
When Optimised Battery Charging is active, a notification on the Lock Screen states when your iPhone will be fully charged. If you need your iPhone to be fully charged sooner, touch and hold the notification and then tap Charge Now.
Mine is also ON but I never get any such pop up in notification ever. Why so?
Let’s see where do I begin so my microphone is garbage now it recording on audio voice messages. My speaker isn’t that loud. My display sometimes gets a weird like under color on my iPhone 12 and yes, just like you guys my phone heats up all the time and it stops at 80%, but after you mention the optimized battery charging I now turn that off so hopefully, I don’t know it probably still stay hot but it won’t give me 80% thing anymore
It seems like that the internal parts of your iPhone are hot
