Use USBC iPad as HDMI display?

Is there any adapter and/or software that will allow me to use my iPad Pro 4th gen (with USBC connector) as an HDMI display for a game console?

I know it can work without any dongles as a monitor for mac or PC using sidecar or other software running on the computer. And I know it can use HDMI-OUT adapters to display the iPad screen on a TV.

But I’m asking about whether there’s an HDMI-in -> USBC adapter that will allow the iPad to act as an HDMI screen for dumb devices that don’t have special app support e.g. PlayStation, cable box, etc

Your iPad does not support external video input - and cannot be used as a simple external display for HDMI, VGA or composite video sources.
