No. Apple will not change out your battery unless the Battery Capcity has reached 80% or less.

If the battery is at 80%....and....the phone is still covered by AppleCare, Apple will replace the battery at no charge.

As to whether another plan might cover the battery replacement, you would have to ask the customer support folks at the plan for details about this.
But at 80% they will change it? I’m not sure if I have apple care but I pay for insurance like if I lose my phone or what not do you know if it’s covered under that or is that something through my carrier and not apple?
Now the battery is at 90%, but it feels like under 80%! It drops so fast after fully charged! I doubt if it’s a fair number! Deleted most of the apps, still, it’s driving me crazy
