Hi,
I am unable to delete any apps. I’ve ensured all looks okay in screen time, I’ve rebooted, nothings works.
I have Opal installed but no sessions are active or even configured. No limits set either.
lost as to what to do.
any suggestions?

Which app(s) are you attempting to delete? There are some stock Apple apps that cannot be deleted. For example, Safari app cannot be deleted.
Double Check the settings in Screen Time again as follows:
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps : Set this to ALLOW

Any app. I’ve set the Screen time as you describe but makes no difference.
I think I I may need to just back up and restore and hope it doesn’t follow.
Can’t delete apps.
