I cannot find the Beta File — When I go to General; VPN & Device Management, I did not see the file and when I go to General; Software, I see 16.6 is the current software but I have now turned off beta updates. Is the only option for me to wait 4 update?

This is the latest from Apple......confirmed by a "genius" at the Apple Store today.
If your phone was running iOS 16.4 or higher before you insalled the beta software, you will need to erase the phone and then restore from a previous backup.
Your issue is complicated by the fact that, unless you are a registered developer or an invited seed participant the copy of iOS 17 that you have is a “bootleg” and may contain malware or spyware, which could also make it more difficult to remove.
