Music Playback through Lightning connector

Ever since I updated my iPhone 13 to iOS 16.5 I'm unable to play music through the Dock connector.

I use lighting port to connect my iPhone to my car through USB for Music. After updating iOS 16.5 my car stereo keeps disconnecting and keeps looking for USB device. I tried changing cables, resetting my car stereo, restarting my iPhone and everything, nothing seems to work. I cant use aux in my car cuz it's broken. I have an old car and it doesn't have a touch screen(which means it doesn't have apple car play). Whenever I connect my iPhone to the car using USB, it would show iPod Connected. But now it just keeps connecting and disconnecting every 5 seconds. Sometimes(rarely) it would work fine but once I press skip button on my car stereo the problem reappears. I have to commute 3hrs every weekend to my home town and having no music while driving really ****** me. Can someone please provide me a solution.
