Ethernet not showing; Thunderbridge? appears in network

I cannot connect to my Ethernet. Cable is fine. Had my provider check it. Mac OS Catalina. I went through the steps of turning off and restarting and removing Ethernet but unable to add it back.

iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 10.15
