All of a sudden, last month, someone changed my twitter account from 'rosycoast' to 'qdb994h4z4' and now that qdb account is following me everywhere online

How do I get out of this?

It's on my MacBook, my iPad and my iPhone

Someone else logged into Twitter (X) using Apple ID I noted that I suddenly had some new followers, but none of them share my interests. I blocked them, but another one came up today. Looking beyond the interface, the sessions implied I was logged in twice. Then, when I went change my password, the email address for password reset was not one I recognised. I use my Apple passcode to login…does this mean that my Apple passcode is compromised as well as the Twitter(X) credentials? Shall I do a passcode reset or a factory reset? X/Twitter account created with Apple ID links to email address I don't have access to. Hello, so for the past few days I've been trying to change my X account password due to me forgetting it. Until there, normal, until I reached out to the page to change my password, which for some reason links to an e-mail address - which according to their description is this "6k********@p***********.*******.***", I assume this is some sort of anonymous fallback e-mail my Apple ID created just for that account? Whenever I try to contact support with my standard Gmail address it just says it's wrong. Can someone help me with that?

My accounts are compromised. They have gained access to my Instagram and changed the profile. Keep trying to gain access to my Facebook account. They’ve also accessed my Walmart app, Target app and tried to gain access to my Klarna. I do everything on my iPhone and not my computer so I know they the access came through my phone. Does anyone know how I can get whatever virus or whoever hacked my phone out of it? With a virus software help? [Edited by Moderator]
