Why when logging in Facebook, Apple asks you for your main password, when Apple has nothing to do with Facebook loggin

Facebook password being created automatically I do not use Facebook and deleted my account years ago. However, something is creating a Facebook password on my devices that returns within minutes after deleting it. The password is an incredibly long and complex string. TouchID no TouchID....?

If Safari is wanting to access your Keychain Access app, verify the Login remains unlocked(?)
