Before 2 days my iPhone was stolen in Varna, Bulgaria, police is informed as well. I am still trying to locate it few times per day but it's written "offline" and I was wondering if some of the apple support can track it by IMEI or serial number?

Sorry, but no.
The phone is "offline" because the battery has run down or the phone does not have a connection to the Internet where it is located.
All that you can do is check 3-4 times each day to see if the status of the phone has changed.
