The app Globoplay inside Apple TV is not working properly, usually, the streaming runs for 5~10 minutes and then gets a lag, of 1s. After a few minutes, again. A 1-second "hip-cut", freeze and then come back for more minutes. This goes until one of that "hip-cuts" freeze for real and when comeback the streaming gets back 1, or 2 minutes... it is impossible to enjoy the app...

Try this for any misbehaving app:
someone should warn Apple developers about it, not the app dev, Apple itself.
Apple checks apps for abiding by App Store rules, but isn’t interested in complaints about apps or the (lack of) service that it provides. It seems they don’t want to be an arbiter in that. Complaints are with the app publisher directly.

it is a 4th gen wifi, and it has the last update installed. I did the 3 first steps, rs. I will try the 4th then, but after doing more research I found that Google has a lot of complaints about the app. I don't know if you can, but someone should warn Apple developers about it, not the app dev, Apple itself.
