Globoplay Issue

The app Globoplay inside Apple TV is not working properly, usually, the streaming runs for 5~10 minutes and then gets a lag, of 1s. After a few minutes, again. A 1-second "hip-cut", freeze and then come back for more minutes. This goes until one of that "hip-cuts" freeze for real and when comeback the streaming gets back 1, or 2 minutes... it is impossible to enjoy the app...

I. Pay Globoplay for apple every month, but I can’t see in my tv

Do you have the Apple TV box? If so, which model?

Update your Apple TV system software to the current version, if not done already. How to update your Apple TV - Apple Support


Try this for any misbehaving app:

  1. Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
  2. If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
  3. If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
  4. If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.
