so my mom got me a new phone but set it up in her name so for my account in settings it’s my email she name and other personal information but it’s her name her picture as in my texts and I don’t know how to fix it if you know help me figure this out but I think I’ll ask her or my dad cause I don’t think either of them know about it

Set this iPhone Up Anew, Accordingly:
You need to set this up anew, as if you were to sell it. Log in accordingly with all info as it shield be. Perform as instructed here, including the iCloud logout: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade In your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
