I changed my subscription plan and now its not working.

I accidentally made a payment for a yearly subscription, when I was supposed to only choose a weekly one. When I went to change it, it said I would get a refund, but I’ve still received that refund and I was charged for the weekly subscription that I changed it to. And now I cant access the functions that I subscribed for and it’s telling me to get a new subscription again.
