Changed subscription from annual to week

Hello all, few days ago I bought an app - one year subscription, I didn’t want it so I changed it to weekly, because it was said that I’ll be refund for the annual, but inwas charged also for weekly subscription and I still don’t have my money. Is it normal and should I wait for the money?

If there's a problem with a purchase or subscription that you made through an Apple-hosted store such as the App Store, use the information listed in Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple to report a problem with the transaction and to request a refund if appropriate:

"How to request a refund

Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription."
