Hi I need some one to help me I don’t have old mobile that’s belong to my apppe id so when I try to put my apppe I’d to new phone is sending me text to old mobile .so I need someone to help

If you can still sign into your account on another device you can investigate adding more ways to get a code such as multiple telephone numbers where you can receive a text or a phone call.
