DRM-free Apple TV purchase?

I bought movie on Apple TV, downloaded it but apparently it's DRMed for some reason.

Since I paid for this, It's mine and the question is: how to get rid of DRM?! It shouldn't contain any in this scenario!

And before someone will tell "DMCA blah blah" - I'm from Poland, DMCA does not apply to me, and I'm legally allowed to make as many copies of my purchased music/videos as I want for personal usage and DRM is not to stop me because I own the thing now fully.

If not possible, how to get money back then?

there is hdcp drm on everything mediawise one buy online, otherwise one can pirate it as one chooses High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection - Wikipedia

there is no legal way to strip it of drm, and you did not actually buy it you bought a license to view it same as software really, if a content provider pulls the plug on apple, and they lose rights for the media then you even though you paid will also lose ability to view it

you can try

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

and or you can suggest they only have public domain media in their store

Well, it never tells that I'm buying licence to watch on Apple-only hardware. It just tells "Purchase" on movie itself which means I purchase movie... also I tried to lookup for this topic before buying it and I just feel ripped off.

Well, this looks like being in contradiction with "fair use" here in Poland and I hoped that dark-ages of DRM for purchased content are long gone (speaking abount bough content of course, subscription and 48-hour rent movies are obvious to use DRM).

Well, I'll try request refund you proposed then and see how that goes, thanks.
