running 2 printers off my iMac

i would like to use 2 epson printers(both p600) off my imac running on monterey. I have one set up as gloss black and want one set up as matt black so i can use both simultaneously. is this possible?

I understand I need to name each so I know which is which, however I get this message, so I'm concerned the 2nd printer that I wish to use as matt will overwrite the gloss printer... any advice would be great, thanks!
