Accidently I have removed couple of apps from the home screen and the other screens, not sure how I did it. And now I don't recollect what they are. How do I know what are the apps that were recently deleted. Is there a log I can look it.

No. There is no log you can look at. If you can’t remember what they were, then you probably didn’t use them very often. Put icons for apps you actually use there.
The problem is I dont know what app was deleted. Just want to know if we have an option to see the syslog to see what was deleted earlier?
I accidentally removed app from Home Screen. I don't know what was deleted.
