Top align text box in Preview 11
In Preview 11, I can clearly see how to left/center/right align text in a text box.
I am not seeing how to align text top/middle/bottom in a text box.

You don't see it because there is no top/middle/bottom alignment.

is this a old issue, new issue, what changed?
Put blank spaces above and below I would guess(?)— not exactly sure how this comes into play unless you can say more...
