Aaptiv app on Apple Watch will NOT open

Hi,

Starting yesterday I cannot open the Aaptiv app on my Apple Watch and it is not tracking/saving workout data. The Aaptiv app on my iPhone works fine and is tracking/saving workouts. I've tried restarting my iPhone and my Apple Watch, I've deleted the Aaptiv app from both devices, I unpaired the watch from the iPhone (which took forever to repair), I've confirmed all the privacy settings are correct so I'm really at a loss. I contacted Aaptiv support and they're not sure what to do since the problem is not widespread. Any advice would be much appreciated!

This happened to me in June when others were reporting it and then was fixed with the new release. However, it is happening again and started in late December 2023 when iPhone sent out the latest iOS update. It still isn’t working, Aaptiv said they are working on it but the last update I had was before year-end. So frustrating! Is anyone else having this issue again?

The response I got was less than helpful. They wanted more information about what was happening. "The app doesn't launch when I tap on it" seems pretty clear to me but, I guess it wasn't to them. I sent them additional information. If I hear back, I will let folks know.
