HEVC 8-bit/H.264 Multi-Pass (Better)
Hello, Everyone. Hope You All are Well. Within the new update, when exporting a project to computer, there are Now more codec options (instead of just 2). For those who are shooting in High Efficiency mode on iPhones, in non-HDR video, which option is better? On older versions, H.264 Better Quality would be the best, but will the H.264 Multi-Pass (Better) option be right on the new update or HEVC 8-bit? The 10-bit options are for HDR, so I am assuming I would not have to consider those. If necessary, I shoot my iPhone videos on my iPhone 14 Pro Max in Full HD 60p. I was previously shooting on the iPhone XS in Full HD 60p. Although I shoot in High Efficiency mode on the 14 Pro Max, I was shooting in most compatible on the XS. After editing, the vlogs will go on YouTube. For the XS Videos (or other cameras), I believe I would need to click H.264 Multi-Pass (Better). I am just not fully sure which one I would need to click for the High Efficiency videos for the 14 Pro Max. Thank You.
