Playing sound when phone is disconnected from charger

I was able to set up plugging in but the play sound function in the shortcuts app only shows

-clipboard

-Current Date

-Device details

And the other one says file and none of these three options are file. Currently I have it set up as

-file (with the sound selected)

-Play sound (no variable since no matter what I do it never works [on the working one it shows the VAR as “file”]
