You are welcome.

Exporting Screen time to CSV or Notes:

No. This seems not to be an option --at least that I can find. So, recommend to Apple that they make this an option.

Recommend this to Apple:

Do your Part: These are user-to-user forums. Apple rarely reads these forums on their own time as it is. So, provide Apple with feedback on this.  Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more they hear of this, the more they will know what their customers prefer, and what features to include in iOS versions to come.

To Provide Feedback:

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Feature Request" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that you want this to be an option and why. Include the URL of this thread.
  4. Proceed form there as necessary

Report Back the Results:

Reportedly, the app named Timing will allow you to import it from the iPhone. Source: Is there a way to download Screen Time data from iPhone or other Apple iOS devices? - Ask Different

  1. Go Here: Timing App
  2. Scroll down to: Know how much time you spent on any device, including iPhone and iPad.
  3. As it Reads: "Timing can import your mobile app usage from Screen Time, giving you a comprehensive overview of all your work, regardless of which device you used. Timing is the only third-party solution for viewing Screen Time data in this way."

Backup your iPhone First:

Be certain you create a back up your iPhone prior to installing this. That way, you can have something to restore your iPhone from, should anything go wrong after the install.

Use of Timing App:

I've never used Timing, but, according to the Developer, themself, it is: "Timing can import your mobile app usage from Screen Time."

So, back up your iPhone , prior to installing it. Give it a try, and then restore your iPhone from the backup you just created, if it is of no success. Report back the results.
