Apple Wallet on iPhone SE

I received a ticket to an event via email. The ticket only included 'Add to Google Wallet' - not 'to Apple Wallet'. When I tried to get instructions on how to add the ticket to my Apple Wallet on my iphone, it gave instructions to tap the 'More' button (3 dots)- but I only have the Add symbol (plus sign) and a box symbol (which is for Orders). How do I get all the Menu symbols showing on the app?

Adding ticket to Apple Wallet I cannot see 'add to wallet' as an option when I click on an e-ticket attachment to an e-mail on my iPhone (running iOS16). I can only download it to 'files' or other apps. When I open the email on my laptop and use the phone camera to scan the QR code, I get taken to google in Safari searching for a numerical sequence. Does all this mean this is not a 'wallet-ready' ticket?

download to apple wallet Hello! I have bought a ticket for a footballmatch and I have recieved a confirmation mail with a link to download to my apple wallet. But I am not able to do this. When I click the apple wallet ikon in the mail, it looks like the phone tries to redirect to a ticket-site, but then "jumps" back to the previous site I was on. Can some help me solve this problem? Or have any experience with this? All the best!

How to add event ticket to Apple Wallet? I'm running the latest macOS Ventura. Using Safari, I bought tickets to an event that's displaying inside Safari. There is an "Add to Apple Wallet" button. When I click it, I see the event ticket (see screenshot below, but blurred for obvious reasons), but no call-to-action to add it to the wallet. I see a message that says "Wallet requires iCloud and an iPhone or iPod Touch with iOS 6 o later." I have both. In fact, I routinely use Wallet on my iPhone 13. What do I do now??
