Can i get hacked if I clicked on a phising link?

Hi, i received an imessage requesting to change delivery adress for a package by entering a certain link provided and in order to activate the link i had to reply back with”1”. I replied with “1”, link was activated and I accessed it. Didn’t enter any personal data and did not download anything. Is mu phone and personal information safe?
