how do i contact my carrier?
I want to enable my personal hotspot but every time i click it in the settings i get a notification to contact my carrier and i do not know how to do that. How can I contact my carrier?

Do you know who is providing your cellular service for this iPhone? That's who you would need to contact. If you don't know their contact information, you should be able to find it by doing an Internet search on their company name.
