Safari keeps logging me out of websites

Does anybody know how to resolve the issue with Safari logging me out of websites on a daily basis? I'm using the latest version of Safari - 6.5 (18615.2.9.11.4).

I've noticed so many issues with MacOS Ventura it's ridiculous. It makes me want to sell my MacBook Pro and go back to a Windows machine. I'm a developer with over 30 years experience and I've never seen this many problems in my life. I definitely do not want to continue down this path with Apple.
