Can’t tell if I missed a call on my iPhone.
are there other figured that show zi made an outgoing call Can you look back an see if your call was picked up or missed?

Look in the Phone app -> Recents
You can see the list of calls you’ve made, received, and missed.
You can further click in the blue “i” on each entry and see the exact time(s)and duration(s) for each.
Other than by duration, there’s not a way to determine if your logged outgoing calls were accepted, sent to VM, or terminated by you.
